  • Reporting Damaged Goods: To report damaged goods, customers must contact us via email or phone (as listed on the website) and provide a picture or video of the damaged product as part of the complaint submission.
  • Exchange Process: Once your claim for damaged goods is verified, we will proceed with the exchange at no additional cost to you.
